Model 3000 Green Trimmer

The Pellenc Green Trimmer has been specifically designed for summer hedging and employs the reciprocating cutter bar action. The precision ground blades ensure the cutting of even the finest tips at fast ground speeds. The vertical cutter bars are complete with pick up arms for low lying vegetation. The mechanical pickup arms are invaluable with trellis systems such as Scott Henry. The machine is easily front mounted to standard tractors and offers the operator excellent visibility and fast ground speed under all conditions.

All adjustments are easily effected without tools. Safety devices are employed in all areas where accidental collision can occur. The cutter bars are quiet and smooth in operation and do not vibrate the vines or disturb fruit late in the season. Low maintenance costs and high quality components ensure optimum reliability.

Double Cordon Pruning

Adaptation of the single cordon barrel pruner can be configured to suit different pruning types within double cordon vineyards.  This single pass pruning machine reduces manual pruning time significantly.  

Otherwise long difficult canes are reduced into short manageable pieces.

Following the highly successful P2000 electronic secateur, Pellenc are proud to announce the arrival of the Lixion. In comparison to the P2000, the Lixion offers the following advantages and technology.

LITHIUM-ION BATTERY.

Lithium-Ion is the most advanced portable power source available. Until today, this technology has only been applied to devices such as mobile telephones and portable computers. Pellenc is the first company in the world to apply this technology to a power tool. Pellenc hold world-wide patents on this invention.

Together with world renowned Pradines blades, the secateurs offer high commercial quality. Components can be serviced or repaired through our technical division based in Adelaide, South Australia, or one of our fully trained agents throughout Australia.

The secateurs will perform the most difficult pruning operations and have the power to cut straight through a hardened broom handle.

The blade is totally controlled by the progressive trigger action and can be stopped in any position, opened or closed. This offers safety as well as complete pruning control. The Lixion provide the speed of good quality air secateurs without the need of compressors and air lines. We currently have contractors and vineyards in Australia using up to 40 units each. Their result is an increase in productivity and a decrease in annual maintenance costs.

Precision viticulture - AP25

The latest innovation from Pellenc, the AP25 auto-tying tool vastly reduces the work time of manual tying, reaching speeds of between 20 and 30 ties per minute.

Drawing on Pellenc's ten years of experience in the field of electronic tools (most notably the P2000 electronic secateurs), the AP25 has been designed to offer optimum comfort and ease of use.

The AP25 can be used in a variety of applications - vineyards, vegetables, fruit trees and climbing legumes, for example.  It is equipped with an electronic system which allows a choice of several tensions of tie.  The tie is comprised of a steel wire covered in polypropylene.  The wire assures resistance, while the polypropylene prevents strangling of the vegetation.

This tool’s design is equally suited to left and right-handed operators and its light weight minimises operator fatigue. It can be purchased as a self-contained package, complete with battery and charger, or can be used with the Pellenc P2000 electronic secateurs battery pack.   The battery pack is virtually unnoticeable when worn around the waist.   It will offer a working time of eight hours.
